Alguns dias depois, depois que Tsubomi se transferiu para Meidou Gakuen, de repente a fada do sonho aparece diante dela e implora a Tsubomi para se tornar o lendário guerreiro Pretty Cure e proteger a Árvore dos Corações. No entanto, Tsubomi declina, pois ela não acha que seria capaz de fazer isso.r
No entanto, um inimigo misterioso de repente ataca e rouba a flor de coração de Kurumi Erika, o novo colega de tsubomi. Agora ela não tem escolha. Para recuperar a flor de coração de Erika, ela tem que se transformar em Pretty Cure e lutar.r
