A estudante Hikari tem dois amores: ginástica rítmica e Ohishi, um colega de escola que é um dos melhores ginastas de sua liga. Mas Hikari não é a melhor ginasta de sua escola e Hatsuki, a melhor ginasta, ama Ohishi também. Natsukawa, amigo de infância de Hikari, toca em uma banda chamada Mr.D. Ao longo dos anos, ele passou a amar Hikari muito profundamente. Hikari ganhará o amor de Ohishi? Ou Natsukawa vai conquistá-la? Quando campeão em competições de ginástica feminina, Hikari anseia entrar em um campeonato mundial juvenil para a ginástica. Onde o sonho dela vai levá-la?
