Okometsubu Fujiyama foi recentemente transferido para uma nova escola, Wakame High School. Seu objetivo é fazer 100 amigos - até encontrar o extremamente estranho Masaru Hananakajima. Masaru é um artista marcial cuja especialidade é a forma de arte marcial "Sexy Commando". Masaru forma um clube baseado nesta arte, incluindo Fujiyama, que ele apelidou de Fuumin, no clube. O clube fica cheio de pessoas estranhas, mas malucas. Alienígenas, bigodes e animais peludos fofos são encontrados conforme o clube avança e se torna cada vez mais popular.
