A história acompanha Ron Kamonohashi, um investigador particular conhecido pelo seu comportamento nada ortodoxo, e Totomaru Isshiki, um policial de caráter puro e inocente.

Mesmo sendo improvável, os dois acabam formando um dupla e trabalhando juntos para resolver os mais difíceis mistérios encontrados.
