Em um mundo onde as mulheres agora dominam o governo, a criação e o uso de armas são estritamente proibidos. No entanto, de maneira alguma o conflito foi encerrado; em vez de armas, a guerra é travada através de palavras. Com o poder do “Hypnosis Mic”, as letras podem afetar o oponente de várias maneiras e causar danos reais. Aqueles nas divisões fora da ala Chuou, apenas para mulheres, a usam para ferozes batalhas de rap como sua arma no constante conflito por território.
